EcosystemOS Implementation Roadmap
The EcosystemOS implementation roadmap has been designed to create an inclusive data sharing infrastructure that supports innovation and entrepreneurship safely. An inclusive data sharing infrastructure means anyone who wants to access data to inform decision-making can do so in a way that works for them.
It creates maximum insight with minimum burden for providers of data: open standards data models, guidance, protocols and versioning ensure data can be found, managed, shared, combined, and re-used. It also means data can be shared easily while also protecting privacy, security, and confidentiality.
We understand that the process of integrating disparate systems and processes can be complex, so we recommend starting with the least risky data (public data) and gradually moving towards more private and sensitive data as the system and processes become more established. This phased approach will allow stakeholders to become comfortable with the system and gradually take on more responsibility for their data, paying particular attention to core
components of the solution.

Implementation Roadmap
Core Components Of The Roadmap
- Set up a legal structure to take full liability related to data ownership and governance for the whole ecosystem
- Data privacy and security to ensure compliance with national/international regulations and implement appropriate security measures
- Technical capabilities in order to take full control on your ecosystem data
